Usage and access

The purchase of an International Private Client Forum attendance is for use by the purchaser/registrant only and registration information should not be forwarded on to third parties. Similarly, the materials and content of this event is for use by the purchaser/registrant only and should not be forwarded on to third parties.

Registration

The Event registration fee includes participation in the Conference sessions, any documentation material, all coffee breaks and lunches and closing drinks.

Payment

Payment may be made online by credit/debit card. Payment must be received in full, within two weeks of your booking. Bookings made after 21 January 2026 must be settled prior to the event taking place. You will not be admitted to the event if payment has not been received.

International Bank and Credit Card Charges

Payments from accounts/credit cards outside of the UK may be subject to additional charges applied by the bank/card provider. All fees must be received in full prior to the conference.

Substitution/cancellation

  • All requests for cancellations and/or transfers must be received in writing.
  • Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation being received.
  • Cancellation charges will apply based on the cost of your booking (excluding any card processing fees and/or booking fees previously applied), as shown below.

Conference Bookings

- 15 calendar days or more - A full refund minus a USD 60 administration fee will apply
- Between 1 and 14 calendar days (inclusive) - No refund will be given
- Failure to attend - No refund will be given

Substitutions may be made at any time provided the organisers are notified prior to the conference. We do not permit split registrations and it is essential that each delegate is registered separately for the full event, social functions being optional. We have the right to refuse entry to the event if these terms are not met.

  • In the event of there being insufficient numbers booked onto an event we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event.
  • In the event of a change of date or cancellation an event by the organisers, we will endeavour to inform all delegates a week before the event is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. All event fees paid will be reimbursed in full, or the payment will be transferred in full to a future event. The International Private Client Forum shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including travel and accommodation.

Accessibility and dietary requirements policy

We are committed to delivering an inclusive, safe, and comfortable event experience for all attendees. To assist us in meeting individual needs, we kindly request that any accessibility or dietary requirements be communicated to us as early as possible, and no later than 14 days prior to the event.

  • Accessibility:
    We will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility requirements; however, some venues may have physical or logistical limitations that restrict the extent of available adjustments. Requests received after the specified timeframe may not be fulfilled in full due to operational constraints.
  • Dietary requirements:
    While we strive to meet a wide range of dietary needs and allergies, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be accommodated. Food may be prepared in environments where allergens are present, and cross-contamination cannot be entirely ruled out. In such cases, suitable alternatives may be offered where possible.

    2. Payment Data: processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store or have access to your full card details.

    1. Register you for the event and communicate with you about your participation.
    2. Process payments and send confirmation receipts.
    3. Provide invoices if requested.

    5. Comply with Dubai government regulations on hosting events in the Emirate
    6. Improve our services (e.g. track website performance, prevent fraud).
      We do not sell or rent your personal data.

    We only share data when necessary:

    1. Payment processing: with Stripe, for secure payment transactions.

    3. Event logistics: with venue partners or service providers if required (e.g. security list).
      All partners are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  5. International Data Transfers
    As a Swiss company, your data may be processed in Switzerland, the European Economic Area (EEA), and other countries where our service providers operate (e.g. Stripe’s servers).
    Where data is transferred outside Switzerland, EEA, or the UAE, we ensure adequate protection is in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

    1. Registration details: kept for the duration of the event and for legal record-keeping (typically up to 10 years for accounting compliance).
